Really well staged image construct.
Subjectively I would have preferred to have the whole right foot in the shot to better equate the perspective and space around the subject. I think if your camera angle was a little more to the left of your position I think you would have had a better lead into the scene along the extended right leg of the subject as well. The image would have also gain some depth and dark perspective from the subway tunnel.

Regardless of my subjective comment, what you have is still visual. I just think it could be stronger visually and impressionistically. I like the tonal quality and the textural detail that goes a long way to epitomize the atmosphere and mood already created.
